PROPHECY

Prophecy - Having the ability given by God to speak a future event; To have a vision of future events.

· Prophecy that is given by God when it is dealing with a blessing is a mental picture of what is to come. That picture is a seed of hope planted in us by the words spoken by a prophet or any child of God being used at that time.

· Yes it shall come to pass because it was foretold. In between speaking and having the mental picture to the physical manifestation of that prophecy, there will be obstacles and trials that will and must come to try and destroy that seed that was planted. Some trials come to help usher in the prophecy of God.

· We have a job to do when a prophecy is spoken over or into our lives.

- To further explain prophecy as a seed… -

· Before planting a watermelon seed, when we first buy the packet of seeds, there is a picture of what the outcome or final product will be. It does not state in details what difficulties that will occur in the process of the development of that fruit. It does tell you how to plant that seed correctly in the right type of soil. It also tells you how much water, fertilize and sun it needs for it to grow. It also tells you that it needs to be cross pollinated in order for it to produce a fruit; (The word of God talks about the engrafted word of God and he states that if his word abide in you and we in him, we shall ask what we will and he will give it to us). Cross pollination is essential because it gives one flower something it was lacking in order for it to produce that fruit (prophecy).

· Prophecy is the picture of that watermelon on the seed packet. Once you see that picture, it places a mental picture in you and you hope towards that end results. That is the seed with in you, (hope/faith). Many trials and tribulation will come to make us think the seed will not prosper or develop. Disease might come, drought, storm and pestilent will come. But if we constantly tend to the seed/plant as it grows in us by applying the correct medicine; by applying prayer (sun), fasting (water), and reading the word of God (fertilizer), The seed or plant will eventually produce its intended fruit. Prophecy will come true.

· We can sterilize our own seed or kill our own plant or prophecy by allowing doubt (seed or weed) to over run the seed of hope (faith); tribulation (storm) to drown out our fertile ground; famine or lack of finances (drought) to cause our seed to wither away.

· These things must come and try our seed (faith), to see if it can weather the storms of life.

· These trials, if we stand, will make for an even better harvest when it is time to reap.

Hold on to your prophecy that God has given you. You shall reap if you faint not.

TRUST

Trust (Hope) - a relationship of assured reliance on the character, ability, strength, or truth of someone or something; a person on whom or thing on which one relies: the obligation or responsibility imposed on a person in whom confidence or authority is placed:

Prov. 3:5 Trust in the LORD with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding.

Jere. 9: 23: Thus saith the LORD, Let not the wise man glory in his wisdom, neither let the mighty man glory in his might, let not the rich man glory in his riches: 24: But let him that glorieth glory in this, that he understandeth and knoweth me, that I am the LORD which exercise lovingkindness, judgment, and righteousness, in the earth: for in these things I delight, saith the LORD.

Even Jesus had to trust in God:

Matt. 26: 39: And he went a little further, and fell on his face, and prayed, saying, O my Father, if it be possible, let this cup pass from me: nevertheless not as I will, but as thou wilt.

Simon (Peter) trusted in God despite what he thought he knew about fishing. But we see that he did not trust in him totally.

Luke 5: 4: Now when he had left speaking, he said unto Simon, Launch out into the deep, and let down your nets for a draught. 5: And Simon answering said unto him, Master, we have toiled all the night, and have taken nothing: nevertheless at thy word I will let down the net. 6: And when they had this done, they inclosed a great multitude of fishes: and their net brake. 7: And they beckoned unto their partners, which were in the other ship, that they should come and help them. And they came, and filled both the ships, so that they began to sink.

Do not put your trust in yourself nor man but only God.

Prov. 28: 25: He that is of a proud heart stirreth up strife: but he that putteth his trust in the LORD shall be made fat. 26: He that trusteth in his own heart is a fool: but whoso walketh wisely, he shall be delivered.

Psalms 146: 3: Put not your trust in princes, nor in the son of man, in whom there is no help. 4: His breath goeth forth, he returneth to his earth; in that very day his thoughts perish. 5: Happy is he that hath the God of Jacob for his help, whose hope is in the LORD his God: 6: Which made heaven, and earth, the sea, and all that therein is: which keepeth truth for ever:
Believing in the word of God despite the unbelievers.

Rom. 3: 1: What advantage then hath the Jew? or what profit is there of circumcision? 2: Much every way: chiefly, because that unto them were committed the oracles of God. 3: For what if some did not believe? shall their unbelief make the faith of God without effect? 4: God forbid: yea, let God be true, but every man a liar; as it is written, That thou mightest be justified in thy sayings, and mightest overcome when thou art judged.

Habakkuk cried unto God asking when is he going to deliver.
Promises of God will come to pass.

Hab. 10: 2: And the LORD answered me, and said, Write the vision, and make it plain upon tables, that he may run that readeth it. 3: For the vision is yet for an appointed time, but at the end it shall speak, and not lie: though it tarry, wait for it; because it will surely come, it will not tarry. 4: Behold, his soul which is lifted up is not upright in him: but the just shall live by his faith.

God is our father and a father takes care of his children.

Luke 11: 5: And he said unto them, Which of you shall have a friend, and shall go unto him at midnight, and say unto him, Friend, lend me three loaves; 6: For a friend of mine in his journey is come to me, and I have nothing to set before him? 7: And he from within shall answer and say, Trouble me not: the door is now shut, and my children are with me in bed; I cannot rise and give thee. 8: I say unto you, Though he will not rise and give him, because he is his friend, yet because of his importunity he will rise and give him as many as he needeth. 9: And I say unto you, Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you. 10: For every one that asketh receiveth; and he that seeketh findeth; and to him that knocketh it shall be opened. 11: If a son shall ask bread of any of you that is a father, will he give him a stone? or if he ask a fish, will he for a fish give him a serpent? 12: Or if he shall ask an egg, will he offer him a scorpion? 13: If ye then, being evil, know how to give good gifts unto your children: how much more shall your heavenly Father give the Holy Spirit to them that ask him?

Stand Strong and hold on to the promises of God.

Heb. 10: 35: Cast not away therefore your confidence, which hath great recompence of reward. 36: For ye have need of patience, that, after ye have done the will of God, ye might receive the promise. 37: For yet a little while, and he that shall come will come, and will not tarry. 38: Now the just shall live by faith: but if any man draw back, my soul shall have no pleasure in him. 39: But we are not of them who draw back unto perdition; but of them that believe to the saving of the soul.

Storms

It is important to understand that we must bear some type of trial or tribulation. The only way we would know that something is worth anything is to test it. If it fails then we must strengthen that which is week in us through the word.
In the book of Matthew it clearly states that offences must come, but woe to the man by whom the offence cometh. Matt. 18:3-7
We must understand and believe that God has our back and if we are willing to suffer with him then we will reign with him; II Timothy 2:12. This entire chapter teaches us as Christians that we should bear our own cross and know that we do not suffer in vein.
It does not matter from where the offence comes. All that matters is how we handle it, outwardly and most of all inwardly because Gods sees the heart.
When you find yourself at the receiving end of someone’s…momentary lack of judgment that results in your pain, bear it and pray and ask God to help you take it and God will take care of the situation. Romans 12:19-20. 12:19 Dearly beloved, avenge not yourselves, but rather give place unto wrath: for it is written, Vengeance is mine; I will repay, saith the Lord. 12:20 Therefore if thine enemy hunger, feed him; if he thirst, give him drink: for in so doing thou shalt heap coals of fire on his head. Proverbs 25:21-22. 25:21 If thine enemy be hungry, give him bread to eat; and if he be thirsty, give him water to drink: 25:22 For thou shalt heap coals of fire upon his head, and the LORD shall reward thee.
Never speak harm against the person or pray wrongfully. Pray that God will help them and bless them. Mean this from your heart not because you want God to rain coals of fire down on them but because you love them as God do. God will take care of the rest.
Gods love for us is beyond our understanding. We should posses that same type of love. Don’t try to figure it out, just love them despite how they are treating you. This is the character of our Lord and Savior Jesus.
Daily we work on being more like him and less like ourselves. This is a daily endeavor and we can not afford to let up or relax in anyway. That church that he is looking for without a spot or wrinkle, it is you. Your hearts must be clean as well as your minds. Your physical appearance does not matter. The flesh can not be saved; 1 Corinthians 15:50.
We all are capable of making mistakes and hurting someone. When we do, we must recognize it and ask for forgiveness and refrain from those types of behaviors. We must work to posses the fruits of the spirit and not the fruits of the flesh. Sure it feels good to the flesh to satisfy it. That satisfaction is only for a season and it will bring a long life of pain. If we are God’s children, then we should be more like him.

Will You Challenge God?

The Potter's Table

Do you have the will to challenge God? Will you or can you challenge him at his word? Try it. He is your God and your father. He said “Put Me In Remembrance Of My Word” Isa. 43:26. Prove him now to see if he would not perform that which he promised in his word, Mal. 3:10 ...prove me now herewith, saith the LORD of hosts,... What else must He say for us to take him at his word. This is how much God means what he say; Heb. 6:13: For when God made promise to Abraham, because he (God) could swear by no greater, he swear by himself, 14: Saying, Surely blessing I will bless thee, and multiplying I will multiply thee. 15: And so, after he (Abraham) had patiently endured, he obtained the promise. Know this one thing, we serve a God that does not go back on his word as long as we patiently endure and trust solely wholly in him.
So now the ball is in your court. It is now your move; What are you going to do? Give up and call it quits? Or are you going to cleans your hearts and come before him in humility and speak God’s word back to him? No this, he will hold up his end of the bargain as long as we remain faithful to him and to him only.
Trust - people of God and LEAN on the ARMS of our true and loving God. He did not fail Abraham, the Canaan woman, and our other brothers and sisters in the bible and he will not fail you. The question is, ‘Will You Fail Him’? Feast and be merry

Continuing Resolution

The word of God states “we are born in sin and shaped in iniquity”. The word of God also states on many occasion that the flesh, man’s natural body, can not be saved.
Since our separation from God in the Garden of Eden, our salvation is through faith in the spirit. Since we know this and we know that we must continue to live in this flesh, with all its inconsistencies and hatred and among other things that come natural to us in the flesh and through the flesh, then we all are living in a state of ‘continuing resolution’.
The word of God instructs us to renew our mind daily so we will not do those thing that we would and do those things we would not. He said for us to walk in the spirit so we will not fulfill the lust of the flesh. Gal. 5:16 How? By continue to read and rehearse the word of God in our hearts. To put into practice that which we have read.
Until God comes back for us or until we die, which ever comes first, we will always have issues to deal with in our flesh. There is no one that has broken free of this fight. Read what Paul wrote: (For I delight in the law of God, in my inner being, but I see in my members another law waging war against the law of my mind and making me captive to the law of sin that dwells in my members. Wretched man that I am! Who will deliver me from this body of death? Thanks be to God through Jesus Christ our Lord! So then, I myself serve the law of God with my mind, but with my flesh I serve the law of sin." Roman 7:4-6, 15-25).
We also know that the spirit and the flesh are in constant battle. God knew that man could not live holy on his own because of this battle within resulting from sin entering into the world. What makes us conquerors is the spirit of God within us. The Holy Ghost.
Now since we know through the word of God that we all are in need of his grace and mercy, we dear not fool ourselves that we have reach a point in our walk with Christ where we are no longer moved by the things in this world or by things in us. We all are in continuing need of our savoir until the day of his coming. Phil 3:13.
This does not give us an excuse to willfully sin because we know that if we commit ourselves unto him, he will keep us and guide our thoughts and actions. None of us is above the other. We all are on a level playing field. What differentiates us one from another is our faith in God to do just what he says. We must give it all to God. We are unable to keep ourselves because if we could, there would be no need for Jesus being crucified.
This is what keeps us humble under the mighty hands of God. Because we know that there is no good things that dwell in the flesh. By keeping this in mind, we will be more compassionate towards others that makes mistakes or willfully sin. Pray for them and let God be the judge of all. We are not in a state to judge until God has redeem us out of this flesh.
We all need mercy and grace. If we are the proclaimed children of God, then we must show the same compassion that God showed on us while we were yet sinners he commanded his love (Jesus) towards us. Be encourage and know that it you continue the fight, you will win in the end.

PLEASING GOD

There are many ways man comes up with that he thinks is a way to please God. When in doubt, always refer back to the word of God and rely on the Holy Ghost to speak to your hearts.
Heb. 11:6 But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him. God has given to all of us a measure of faith, (Rom. 12:3).
Your faith in him, his Son Jesus Christ is that faith you must maintain through out your walk with Christ. Keep the faith in His word that He has spoken to your heart through His word. (Rom. 3:4) “let God be true, but every man a liar…;” We can let God be true by standing on his word, standing on his promises no matter what man might say or how things may look. If God says “you are bless” then you are blessed. God thinks highly of us even before we decided to serve him; Jere. 29:11 For I know the thoughts that I think towards you, saith the Lord, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you an expected end.
We sometimes wonder why God thinks so highly of us. How could He or would He love us so much after all that we have done and will do. Isa. 55:8&9 For my thoughts are not your thoughts neither are your ways my ways, saith the Lord.— For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways, and my thoughts than your thoughts. Basically, our criteria for loving someone or accepting someone is flawed and can not measure up to what God’s love is for man kind. To change our way of loving is to believe in his word and read how he loved us through all our flaws and mistakes. The kind of love that can not be affected by external factors but it is made steadfast in our hearts by the word of God.
God will continue to love us; Rom. 5:8 But God commanded his love towards us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.
We can please God by looking at the life of Jesus; Seeing how He conducted himself while here on earth. He demonstrated true love; Love was the foundation of his ministry. “By this others will know that you are my disciples if ye have love for one another.”

Baptism

Mark 1:4b 4: John did baptize in the wilderness, and preach the baptism of repentance for the remission of sins.
When we confess our sins and accept Jesus as our savior, we are washed by his grace and cover under the blood.
Isa. 1:18 18: Come now, and let us reason together, saith the LORD: though your sins be as scarlet, they shall be as white as snow; though they be red like crimson, they shall be as wool.
Act 22:16 16: And now why tarriest thou? arise, and be baptized, and wash away thy sins, calling on the name of the Lord.
Paul was given instructions of God to wash away his sins by baptism of the water, and by calling on the name of the Lord. The calling on the name of the Lord is the spiritual washing of sins. Water in itself is unable to wash away your sins. It is our faith/belief in Jesus as being our Lord and Savior; His blood was shed on the cross for many to wash away or cover our sins. Isa. 43:25 I, even I, am he that blotteth out thy transgressions for mine own sake, and will not remember thy sins.
When they stuck/pierced him in his side, water and blood ran out. John 19:34 But one of the soldiers with a spear pierced his side, and forthwith came there out blood and water.
This was and is symbolic of him bringing the Old and New Testament together. The Old Testament used symbolism through water for baptism to wash away men’s sin. In the New Testament, Jesus came and by way of the cross was crucified—even before he was crucified his blood was shed when he was torture and beaten. It was this, the shedding of his blood that cover our sins and was washed away. I John 1:7 But if we walk in the light, as he is in the light, we have fellowship one with another, and the blood of Jesus Christ his Son cleanseth us from all sin.
Today's baptism symbolizes us believing in Jesus Christ and him shedding his blood which washed away our sins. Baptism in water in itself does not guarantee our salvation nor does it makes us more holy. Believing in Jesus Christ is what guarantees our salvation. Just as communion is symbolic of his blood being shed and his flesh being torn on the cross. I Cor. 11:24&25.
We that take part in communion are acknowledging and believing in what Jesus Christ have done on the cross, so we take part in his suffering and crucifixion symbolically through communion. Communion in itself does not make us holy or more righteous but only remind us of why we believe and why we are saved. “Do this in remembrance of me.”

Do you hear me

Do You Hear Me!?
John 10:27
Do you hear me talking? Do you know that I am with you, in you? I am talking but you are not listening.
Know my voice. I have put my laws into your hearts, and in your minds I have written them. Jer. 31:33; Heb. 10:16. I died so that you would have a comforter, my spirit to dwell in you and to teach you all things.
Be quiet, listen for a while. Like a calm in a storm, a peace that beyond your understanding. I am here. Hear me, feel me near you. I am screaming your name; calling for you to come unto me.
I know why you can't hear me. You are to busy listening to others telling you what you want to hear. I want to tell you what you need to hear.
You want someone to come right when you call. I want you to know that when I don’t come in a hurry, it is far better for you. You must learn to trust and endure.
You must know that you are capable of more than you know; but you won’t ever see it if you don’t stand in the midst of a storm. I have placed in you great things; my spirit, (if you believe); power, (that you don’t use); knowledge/revelation, ( that you must tap into). I have given you all the tools that you need to build, to tear down, to mend, to strengthen, to destroy and to just believe.
Why are you looking without for answers when you can look within. All that you need to know, and all that you need to survive lies within you.
I am that light that no darkness can comprehend. I am that strong tower that no one can destroy. I am that shield that nothing can get through. I am your all and all.
When in doubt, just stop and listen. Be quiet for a while and listen to my voice. I want to talk to you if you let me. I have given you dominion here on earth. I can not and will not enter in if you don’t let me. I can not speak if you are not listening to me. Give me permission to speak to you and listen when I do.
I am the same God yesterday, today and forever. I will not change; I will not hide myself from you.
Each and everyone of you know my voice and can hear me if you just listen and believe. Trust in me and you will see that I was there all the time.
WILL YOU LISTEN????? “He that hath an ear, let him hear…”. Rev 2:7,11,17,29

Glory of God

THE GLORY OF GOD
(Man)
Look in the mirror and tell what do you see? A creation wonderfully made with care and thought. God just didn’t through you together and went about his way. He made you in his image and likeness. He blew his breath into you. With that breath came knowledge and understanding of who you are and who's’ you are. Gen. 1:26 a: And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness;… :27 So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them.
We might question the validity of our existence or our importance like David; Psalms 8:4 What is man, that thou art mindful of him? And the son of man, that thou visitest him? :5 For Thou hast madest him a little lower than the angles; and hast crowned him with glory and honor.
You are somebody important in the eye sight of God. It does not matter where you came from naturally; it only matters where you came from spiritually. Trace your lineage through the bible and see who you have in your spiritual blood line like Abraham, Paul, David, the three Hebrew boys, other great men and women of faith and most of all Jesus Christ.
This is what you have in you. Doubt and disbelief have your eyes blinded to the truth. You are greater than what you see in the mirror. Read what God thoughts of you are; Jer. 29:11 For I know the thoughts that I think towards you, saith the Lord, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you an expected end.
Our Father and Lord Jesus Christ thinks highly of you. It does not matter what others think of you or say about you. It only matters what God thinks of you.
Get to know what God says about you by reading the word of God and meditating on it in your hearts. As you do, you will care less what others think of you and only hear and hold on to what God thinks of you.
Remember that you are someone important in the eyes of God. He made you for a reason; to serve him and come into knowledge of who you are. As you continue to praise him no matter what, your understanding of everything will open and you will see life as it truly is. Live your life for Christ. Get closer to him. Sup with him through out the day and at night and the peace and comfort of God will over take you. Isa. 26:3 Thou wilt keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on thee: because he trusteth in thee.
YOU ARE MORE THAN YOU ARE. JUST BELIEVE.

Forgivness

What Does God Want From US?
Forgiveness & Compassion!

Many of us are living our lives at a stand still. We are not progressing naturally nor spiritually. Our own thoughts have us captive because we are not willing to forgive and love.
It does not matter who was wrong or who we think was wrong, what really matters is that we are able to humble ourselves before God in our hearts and still forgive.
When Jesus was asked in Matt. 18: who was greater in the Kingdom of God, Jesus used a child as an example. He states “Except ye be converted (change your way of thinking - your way of life, etc.) and become as little children, ye shall not enter into the kingdom of heaven”. “Whosoever therefore shall humble himself as this little child, the same is greatest in the kingdom of heaven.
Why he uses a child as an example. A child’s thought are simple and a child does not remain angry. When a child is disciplined by the parents, he/she will cry and become angry for a short moment and they are right back in their parents face laughing and playing again saying I love you. Noticed as they get older, this change. They begin to hold un-forgiveness more and resentment because of life around them. Our world and the state that we all were born in, (born in sin and shaped in iniquity), shapes our mind and hearts in a way that is not fitting with Gods way.
That is why it is important to raise our children to be better than us and the world. If we are to stubborn to change, at least teach our children to become better children of God.
If your brother or sister offends you, forgive them. Peter asked Jesus how often should he forgive his brother that sin against him; seven times? Jesus replies seventy times seven, Matt. 18:21&22. In Jesus eye sight, we must continue to forgive no matter how many times things happen. It is the way of our Lord and Savior. He forgave even though they crucified him. He still went to the cross for those same ones that crucified him. If he did not forgive, we all would have been condemned to hell with no savior insight.
Who could we be hindering from coming to Christ because of our un-forgiveness? Let brotherly love continue. Let this not be named among us. May the love of God rule in your hearts now and forever. Be Blessed.
Psalms 51
